In some sections you'll use harnesses and ropes to get down, all safely controlled by your instructor.

You'll begin your day with a full briefing on safety and important climbing methods, before contemplating your plight to the top. Next you'll have a chance to test your newfound skills with an hour and a half rock climbing session, with an expert instructor offering tips and encouragement throughout. After a break for lunch (not included) at the centres cafe, you'll take on the mighty ice wall, neve and a variety of challenging angles to give you true insight into this adventure sport.
